NZ GUITAR SUPPLIES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the NZ Guitar Supplies website (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications without notice.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, slight variations may occur.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Product unavailability
If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment
We accept payment via approved payment methods listed on our website. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout New Zealand and may offer international shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.
NZ Guitar Supplies is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third parties.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
While we stock Guyker parts, any faults or defects relating to Guyker-branded products must be processed through NZ Guitar Supplies. Customers must return the faulty item to us, and we will manage the replacement or remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by the customer
unless agreed at our discretion.
All return requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe and items must be returned in original condition where applicable.
8. Warranty
Where applicable, products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims may require direct contact with the manufacturer.
For Guyker products, all warranty and fault claims must be handled directly through NZ Guitar Supplies as the point of purchase.
We do not provide additional warranties beyond those required under New Zealand law unless explicitly stated.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NZ Guitar Supplies is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits, business, or opportunities
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
